Refund & Returns Policy

At Bellvino, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in the quality of our products and the experience we deliver. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product. Please choose carefully and review all product details before finalising your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact us - we’re happy to help you make the right choice.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement,

  • A repair, or

  • A full refund,

depending on the nature of the problem and your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Return Process

If a return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return address.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition (unless faulty).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by Bellvino if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Otherwise, you may be responsible for return postage.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact us at [insert contact email] and we’ll assist promptly.

6. Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund for hygiene, safety, or digital delivery reasons (for example, opened beauty products, downloadable files, or personalised items). Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
