Bell Vino is a wine label created by the Campana Family. Put simply, in Italian Campana translates to BELL and wine translates to VINO. The illustration depicts our Nonno's ‘Osteria’ in San Nazario, Merlo, Italy. Our Nonno and Father Ezio Piero Campana or as many of you may know him as “Peter” was born in the second level of the building through the window you see.

In the earlier days before and during World War Two, Ezio's Mother Amabile would cook for the German soldiers who were visiting town for the day. The children would then proceed to kick the football on the road to the right with the soldiers. Later on in the war as tensions between Italy and Germany heightened, the Nazi soldiers would come through terrorising the villages far and wide. The children were told to hide in the mountains pictured behind the Osteria. This was truly told by our Zio Livio Campana.

Bell Vino is about sharing wine with loved ones around a table eating delicious food and telling stories. We seek out incredible winemakers who make small batch carefully made wine. In addition to this we source artists to create beautiful illustrations. Our main logo was illustrated by Annabel Warne. All bottles are hand labelled by our wonderful people here at Campana's.
